The stay was incredible with a breathtaking view of the Chicago River from our King Room and awesome rooftop bar vibes. Spa services like the hot stone massage and facial were just what we needed to unwind. One minor hiccup was that our room service order got mixed up, but it didn't overshadow a fantastic experience overall! 😊

The location was great for all activities and restaurants. The employees were friendly and helpful, even during a busy holiday weekend. I enjoyed delicious breakfasts at the restaurant using my vouchers. A memorable experience was the bartender who provided excellent service in the lounge.
I found the breakfast system confusing with the need for coupons. some staff were not accommodating at times. The bathroom amenities seemed dated for the room price.

Digging into some homemade soup at the hotel’s lounge was a total highlight, giving me those warm, cozy vibes. Plus, the rooftop bar serves up spectacular views that are hard to beat! Had an amazing morning, exploring nearby local eats—there's never a dull moment with all the culinary gems around here.
Now, the breakfast experience? A bit of a bummer. It took ages for them to find our reservation at check-in, and the breakfast staff seemed to be in another world. We literally had to ask multiple times for our coffee creamer and utensils—basic hospitality stuff.

missingWrote a review on Jun 06breathtaking viewsquality amenitiesnoise disturbances
The views from the rooftop bar offer breathtaking panoramas of the city skyline, making it the perfect backdrop for sipping cocktails. The Vista King Room boasts quality in-room amenities, like plush robes and slippers, enhancing your relaxation after a long day of exploring.
The dining experience can feel a bit chaotic, especially at peak breakfast hours with a confusing system that requires vouchers. Additionally, noise from nearby rooftop festivities might disrupt the tranquility you're hoping for, especially if you're on a lower floor. The external location might seem lively, but it can lead to unexpected disturbances coming from the street traffic.
